If you ever want to get started with yoga and didn’t want to drop in randomly in a class, I’ve got a solution for you. Over a 10 week period we will breath, move and flow as we learn about yoga. This course is an experiential course. You’ll learn a variety of poses, then we’ll practice a flow to reinforce what you’ve learnt. We’ll learn how to synchronise breath with movement and so much more. Yoga has a variety of health benefits including reducing stress, regulating your nervous system, improving your breath capacity, increasing flexibility and improving your posture too.
